Access to the Cybromines platform is provided under a separate commercial agreement or order form, which sets out applicable fees, terms, and service levels. Those commercial terms prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict relating to paid services.

All intellectual property rights in the website, platform, and services — including software, design, and content — remain the property of Cybromines or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the services as permitted.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The services may integrate with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Meta. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybromines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable commercial agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
